Regional Economic Development Strategic Plan Recommends a New “Greater Wausau Prosperity Partnership”

The March 2019 regional Strategic Plan concluded that the Wausau community is not organized for long-term, sustainable economic development success. In order to correct that, the plan recommends that community and business leaders join together in a new way to provide oversight and accountability for implementing several actionable tactics laid out in the 99-page Economic Development Strategic Plan.
