Brad Karger is the Marathon County Administrator. In this role, he leads an organization with 700+ employees and an annual budget of more than $170 million. Brad has been in leadership positions with Marathon County for the past 29 years. He is known statewide for generating innovative ideas and solutions to problems, openness and transparency, and a commitment to community service that extends well beyond the normal workday. County Board meetings are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and typically take place in the Assembly Room of the Marathon County Courthouse. The Board meets twice a month—with the informational meeting on a Thursday evening, and the voting meeting on a Tuesday afternoon.

As part of our mission to build community and to be transparent and accountable to you—the taxpayer—we invite you to attend.
